Your tasks:

  • Management of selected products of the CODESYS portfolio
    • Identification and evaluation of new product requirements
    • Budget management and roadmap planning
    • Creation of product-related documentation
    • Coordination of cross-departmental projects
  • Gathering market information through regular contact with new and existing customers
  • Product presentations within the scope of customer visits, trade fairs, and lecture events
  • Close cooperation with almost all departments of the company

Our team works with almost all departments of the company. In addition to communication within our team, we frequently deal with people both inside and outside our organization. We develop strategies, gather information, record requirements, decide, plan, and follow up on implementation.

Product Management is a central, demanding, and responsible task that is challenging, but never boring! If you are able to put yourself in the shoes of our customers, enjoy dealing with people, and at the same time have the ability and interest to understand issues in technical depth, then you will fit perfectly into our team!

Your profile:

  • Degree in a technical field (computer science, electrical engineering, physics,) or similar
  • Good basic technical understanding and logical thinking
  • Experience in the management of high technology software products
  • Very good market and technology knowledge in industrial automation technology
  • Knowledge in the area of CODESYS or IEC 61131-3 would be a plus
  • Excellent communication skills and convincing manner
  • Target group oriented way of thinking and acting
  • Very good English and German language skills, both written and spoken
  • Independent working style and team spirit
